How To Return An Item
Your item must be in a resaleable condition with its original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt.

1. Please email shop@movingWiFi.com to request a refund
2. Send your returned item in a size K jiffy bag to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating your name, address and the reason for your return.
4. Although you pay the postage costs of the return, we will issue a full refund including the initial postage costs upon receipt of your returned unit.

Return Exceptions
An item that has been scratched, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
Dovado 3G routers are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
