We're confident that you'll be very satisfied with the networking products purchased from movingWiFi.com. However to give customers extra reassurance, movingWiFi.com offers a 14 day money-back guarantee in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the product.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in a resaleable condition with its original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt.

1. Please email shop@movingWiFi.com to request a refund
2. Send your returned item in a suitably sized jiffy bag to:
   MOVINGWIFI LTD, 86 Drum Brae Park, Edinburgh , UK, EH12 8TF
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating your name, address and the reason for your return.
4. Although you pay the postage costs of the return, we will issue a full refund including the initial postage costs upon receipt of your returned unit.

Return Exceptions

An item that has been scratched, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, the products on sale on this site are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
