We will deliver your goods from the UK using the Royal Mail. Items for the UK are send First Class Recorded, otherwise they are sent as Registered Air Mail packets, also known as International Signed For or Airsure (if available). Shipping via Fedex or other global couriers can be arranged on request.
Our estimate for delivery times is as follows:

Our customer service is primarily based on dispatching your purchases as soon as possible after receiving payment. If payment is received on a working day before 1pm, the dispatch will take place that same day, otherwise on the next working day.
Tracking your delivery
You will receive a 13-character Tracking ID (e.g. RL123456789GB) so that you can track and trace your delivery on Royal Mail tracking (GB).
