We will deliver your goods from the UK using the Royal Mail. Items are sent as Registered Air Mail packets, also known as International Signed For or Airsure (if available). Shipping via Fedex or other global couriers can be arranged on request. The Dovado 3G routers are packaged in a cardboard box enclosed in a cardboard sleeve and posted inside a large bubble-lined Jiffy envelope.

Our customer service is primarily based on dispatching your router as soon as possible after receiving payment. If payment is received Monday to Friday before 1pm we will dispatch your router that same day, otherwise your UMR will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking your delivery
You will receive a 13-character Tracking ID so that you can track and trace your delivery on Royal Mail tracking (GB).
